How do I request a refund?

Refunds for app purchases are handled by Apple (for iOS) or Google (for Android), not directly by EdgeRift.

For iOS purchases:

1. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
2. Sign in with your Apple ID
3. Find the purchase and request a refund

For Android purchases:

1. Open the Google Play Store app
2. Tap Menu > Account > Order history
3. Find the order and tap "Request a refund"

Refund eligibility is determined by Apple or Google based on their policies.
