Real Solitaire is challenging because the outcome depends on both luck and skill. Even highly skilled players cannot win every game. To keep play fair and realistic, Real Solitaire uses randomized shuffling and does not stack the deck to make games artificially harder.
With solitaire, it is normal to see streaks, clusters, and patterns even when the shuffle is fair. This is closely related to the gambler's fallacy, which is the mistaken belief that recent outcomes change the odds of the next random event.
A physical deck can sometimes feel different simply because hand-shuffling is not always perfectly random. In a digital game, the shuffle can be more consistent from one game to the next.
Because solitaire is meant to balance luck and skill, Real Solitaire does not offer a setting to change the odds of the deal.
